A Night At Bellissimo

This was a rare get together. January 12 was the day set during Tiara's birthday party. Everyone agreed and all I have to do was to re-confirm and advise the time and place. It sounded easy? Hah, it wasn't!

It was great to see these high school friends of mine. We had to catch up with what has been and what's going on.

It was a night of great fun and laughter. Rowell was surprisingly funny with all his "hirits". Mark was the usual quiet, shy guy and Roy was still the Roy we've known --- the "maginoo pero bastos pala guy" :D

It was some reminiscing we've made as we talk not only about us but about some USTHS91 batchmates. Oh and did we count how many were Rowell's girlfriends then? :D

As we chatter, we munched on these great pizza and Italian sausage at Bellissimo Ristorante -- an Italian restaurant owned by actor Cesar Montano. Its such a cozy restaurant that's why we decided to meet here besides the fact that Danette is a regular visitor along with her husband Mike and grade school friends from Dominican School. If you love to sing with a piano accompaniment, then you have to visit the restaurant on Wednesdays and Fridays when Kuya Bong is playing.

The stories and good food had to end soon. Rowell and Marilet had to leave early as Rowell was flying back to Canada the following day. Royneil had to work and Tiara was waiting for Mommy Danette.

At the strike of 12MN, everyone was saying goodbye.

But for sure, Danette and I will be back in the same restaurant anytime soon.
